We use the latest SolidWorks, and AutoCAD 3D CAD and CAE technology to design products that meet the precise performance, cost and physical characteristics that our clients require. And because we invest in design technology that is compatible with our customers and partners, we are able to rapidly share information to create the optimum solution, cost effectively and in the shortest lead times.

Our designers have an excellent reputation for delivering solutions for customers’ specialised requirements and to create state-of-the-art components to meet the highest specifications and safety standards. Using CFD and FEA thermal and stress analysis programs we are able to model our equipment in operation. These sophisticated programs allow us to prove our solutions by studying the interaction between tool and autoclave in use.

The design team is involved from the initial enquiry through to final installation at site, including all electronic and computer controlled machine interfaces.
