As a designer and manufacturer of process equipment, Aeroform is committed to sustainable processes that Re-use, Reduce and Recycle raw materials, energy and waste. We conduct regular environmental audits to ensure that our manufacturing processes have the lowest possible environmental impact.
We strive to make our equipment as environmentally friendly in operation as we can, designing equipment with a choice of heating systems to give customers the widest choice in tailoring their processes to local environmental conditions.
An example of how our R&D is geared towards improving efficiency and reducing CO2 footprint is our patented, gas fired radiant tube heating technology which gives energy savings of up to 70% over other forms of heating. In addition, Aeroform provides a fully costed ’cradle to grave’ budget for our equipment that includes running costs, disposal at end-of-life costs and environmental impact.
The pressure vessel at the centre of an autoclave system has a near endless life expectancy, and for this reason whenever it is environmentally beneficial, the pressure vessel will be re-used once its original role has ended.
