Manufacturing facilities are arranged in dedicated, specialized areas. The fabrication area is able to accommodate autoclaves up to 5 metres diameter, up to 20 metres in length and 100 tonnes in weight (larger Autoclaves are built on-site). Our electronics and computer systems are housed in a stand-alone facility.

The detail fabrication shop is experienced in every discipline of high quality welding, from small precision aerospace components to large process plant and pipework installations.

Our electrical and electronics facility undertakes the design and manufacture of a variety of control systems, from simple relays to complex computer based integrated systems.

The plastics and composites division will develop specific moulding techniques for customers as well as small batch production runs in new materials.

Aeroform is also approved to calibrate all levels of equipment traceable to NAMAS standards.
